How to receive your Seven Payment reward

About Seven Payment

Seven Payment lets you receive money sent from a company to you as an individual, in principle 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at Seven Bank ATMs and Seven-Eleven store registers.

Ways to receive your reward

ATM pickup (Seven Payment)

Enter the confirmation number and other details from the email you receive after your reward is confirmed into a Seven Bank ATM to receive cash.

Steps for ATM pickup

    Notification email

    You will receive an email containing the information needed to receive your reward (confirmation number, partner code, customer number, etc.).

    Depending on your email settings, the message may not arrive. Please check your domain-specific reception settings and spam folder.

    Receive at Seven Bank

    You can receive your reward at any Seven Bank ATM or Seven-Eleven store nationwide, in principle 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

    On the ATM's initial screen, press the "Transactions without a card (number entry)" button in the top right.

    Enter the partner code

    Enter the partner code (4 digits).

    Confirm the instructions

    Instructions on how to receive your funds will be displayed. Check the details and press the "Confirm" button.

    Enter your customer number

    Enter your customer number (up to 19 digits; the number of digits varies by company).

    Enter the confirmation number (4 digits).

    Confirm the transaction details

    The transaction details and amount will be displayed. Check the details and press the "Confirm" button.

    Choose how to receive coins

    If your reward amount includes coins, press the "Receive at register" button.

    Instructions on how to receive coins will be displayed. Press the "Confirm" button.

    Receive your bills

    The ATM will dispense your bills. Please take them.

    Receipt printed

    After you receive your bills, a receipt (coin exchange voucher) will be printed.

    Receive your coins

    Bring the printed receipt (coin exchange voucher) to the register at a Seven-Eleven store to receive your coins.

Handling of coins

Where to receive
At the register of a Seven-Eleven store
Required document
Coin exchange voucher (the receipt printed after receiving bills at the ATM)
Reissue
If you have not yet received your coins, the voucher can be reissued at a Seven Bank ATM.
Validity period
5 years from the date the coin exchange voucher was first issued
If the voucher has expired
A coin exchange voucher that has passed its validity period cannot be reissued.

Within 30 days of receiving the reward notification email
Fee
Free (no fee is charged when receiving at an ATM)

Charging to nanaco

Full-amount charge
Not possible. You cannot charge the full amount to nanaco.
Partial charge
After receiving your bills at the ATM, you must perform a separate nanaco charge transaction.
Charge limit
You cannot charge 50,000 yen or more to nanaco.

You can search for nearby Seven Bank ATMs and Seven-Eleven stores. If your reward includes coins, we recommend using a Seven Bank ATM located inside a Seven-Eleven store.
