What is YOLO SURVEY?
YOLO SURVEY is a service for foreign residents in Japan. Take part in product tests and questionnaires to earn rewards, while your voice helps companies improve their products and services.
What you can do with YOLO SURVEY
There are two main types of surveys: trials and questionnaires.
Participation is always free. You will never be asked to pay for products or participation fees.

Eligibility
You can participate if you meet the following conditions.
- Residents of Japan aged 16 or older
- Holders of a residence status that permits work in Japan
- Registered members of YOLO JAPAN (free)
Some surveys may have additional requirements, such as nationality or residence status.
How it works
Apply
After signing up, fill in your basic information and apply for surveys that interest you.
Selection
The company selects participants (results are sent by email and shown on My Page). If a survey has no selection step, you can participate right away.
Trials only
Try the product or service
Try the specified products or services. How you receive the product and where or how long you try it depends on the survey. See each survey's detail page for details.
Answer the questionnaire
Answer the questions and submit the questionnaire. Honest feedback matters — share what you really think, not just the good parts.
Receive your reward
Submit your answers, and once the company confirms them, you will receive your reward. Reward types and how to receive them vary by survey.
